Happy MonYAY!
We hope you’re enjoying a restful and fun summer! While announcements are still light as we prepare for the upcoming school year, there are a few important updates we want to make sure are on your radar as we countdown to another amazing year at RHHS.
Please take a moment to review the key items below:
Open House – August 4, 2025 (Further Details Below)
We can’t wait to welcome you to our brand-new facility! To ensure a smooth experience for all families, Open House will run on a staggered schedule by grade level. This structure allows everyone time to explore the new building, connect with teachers, and get a feel for the campus without the crowd. Check your grade-level time slot and plan accordingly!
New Campus = New Traffic Patterns (Further Details Below)
With the new building comes a fresh set of traffic routes for student drop-off, pick-up, and parking. These routes are designed to be efficient, safe, and streamlined from Day One, but that only works with your support! Please review the traffic map ahead of time and follow all posted signage and staff directions. Your partnership in keeping everyone safe and moving smoothly is greatly appreciated!
We’re getting excited for an incredible 2025–2026 school year and can’t wait to see you soon. Until then—stay cool, stay safe, and as always… Go Wildcats!

Traffic Flow - New School, New Patterns. New Flow
Important Traffic Information for Pick-Up and Drop-Off at RHHS
To ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient arrival and dismissal process at the new Richmond Hill High School campus, all student and parent vehicles must enter and exit through the Main Entrance on Belfast Keller Road, near the Spring Sports Complex.
Here’s What to Know:
-
This is the only access point for student drop-off and pick-up.
-
Once on campus, you’ll follow the designated route (highlighted in blue on the map) to loop through and drop off or pick up your student safely.
-
After drop-off or pick-up, you’ll exit using the same route to maintain a one-way flow of traffic.
Why This Route Matters:
-
Keeps traffic moving efficiently during busy times.
-
Prevents congestion near the Main Building and staff parking areas.
-
Prioritizes student safety with clear, organized pathways.
Student Parking Areas are clearly marked along the route (Lots A–F) and are accessible for those who drive themselves.
Thank you for helping us create a safe and smooth experience for everyone as we begin this exciting new chapter at 500 Wildcat Blvd!

MCV-4 Important Information
At the age of 16, Georgia requires that your student receive the booster to the MCV4 vaccine.
If they do not receive the MCV4 booster on or after the age of 16, their immunization record, Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231), will expire.
If you have not already scheduled an appointment for your student to get their vaccines updated, please contact your healthcare provider or the Bryan County Health Department at 912-756-2611 to arrange the MCV4 booster.
Meningococcal disease is a serious bacterial illness that affects the brain and causes shock, coma and death within hours of the first symptoms. Georgia law requires students be vaccinated against this disease.
Please provide an updated copy of the Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) once the MCV4 booster is completed. This document will become a part of your student’s permanent record once it is received by the RHHS clinic staff.
Contact your healthcare provider or the Bryan County Health Department with any questions related to the MCV4 Booster.
