This week in our Green STEM Lab, Grade 3 students engaged in hands-on learning that sparked creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. Students explored digital design, built engineering models, worked with patterns, and strengthened their numeracy skills through interactive activities. These experiences allow students to think critically, test ideas, and learn from one another while connecting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in meaningful ways. The Green STEM Lab continues to be a space where curiosity grows and innovation comes to life.

Lent & Holy Week Schedule at OLPH

Today, we proudly raised the Franco-Albertan flag! ⚜️🌸 This year’s ceremony is extra special as we celebrate 2026: The Year of the Francophonie and the 100th anniversary of the ACFA.

The blue and white, the fleur-de-lis, and the wild rose remind us of the deep roots and vibrant future of the French-speaking community in our province. It’s more than just a flag; it’s a symbol of 100 years of pride and vitality!

There’s nothing quite like the energy of a live performance. Our very own EPK student, Rowan Muir, showcased their hard work and dedication earlier this week during a showcase for their peers. Watching them build confidence in front of an audience is what it’s all about! 🙌 🕺
