Dear Cache County School District community,

November invites us to pause and look around with gratitude. In a season that can feel full and fast, I want to simply say thank you—to our students who show up with curiosity and heart; to our families who partner with us through the routines and the surprises; and to our staff who keep promises every day—teaching, driving, cleaning, cooking, counseling, coaching, repairing, scheduling, and quietly making sure every child is seen and supported.

We invite you to join us at the Cache Education Foundation Christmas Tree Jubilee!

• Bring the kids to see Santa and view the wreaths and trees from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
• Join us at the VIP dinner and live auction at 6:30 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Proceeds benefit classrooms in Cache County School District.

• Submit an application online at: CCSD Open Enrollment/School Choice

• Early Application Period: Open from October 18 to December 12, 2025.

If you suspect a developmental delay in any area for a child aged 3 - 5, please request a free preschool screening. Appointments will be offered on December 11th - 12th at our Legacy Campus in North Logan. These evaluations will determine if a child qualifies for special education services.

Our school district has four core values: Student Focused, Community, Character, and Excellence. Check out some of the ways our students and staff represent each value!

Mountain Crest High School's FFA program attended this year's Utah State Fair and came away with a slew of awards! Students presented homemade juice, salsa, and floral arrangements using plants grown in home gardens, baked cookies using eggs from their own chickens, and built a horse self-feeder from scratch. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Our school district collaborates with Utah State University to offer interested teachers access to the "Ag in the Classroom Program." Participating classrooms help students learn about local agricultural careers and sciences. Check out USU's A-TV News feature about the program below!

Students and teachers from all three of our middle schools met together at Spring Creek Middle School for this year's Unified Sports Middle School Special Olympics! Peers of all abilities came together in the spirit of sportsmanship and friendly competition. Way to go, Eagles, Bulldogs, and Spartans!

Two of our middle schools received accolades in the U.S. News and World Report Utah School Rankings! Spring Creek Middle School and North Cache Middle School were chosen as the 6th and 7th best middle schools in Utah for 2026! According to the announcement, these schools "are ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation, and how well they prepare their students for high school."

We may be biased, but we would give a gold ribbon to all of our schools. :) Congrats, Eagles and Bulldogs!
