Next week we are going to have some fun at PC!

1. Our first official data meeting will happen in PLCs (K-2 math, 3-5 math and reading). Data meeting cover sheet located here.
2. Our official turkey feather hunt begins on Monday, with a white feather twist! Information and turkey teams are located outside of my office. (Some people have already started strategizing!)
3. Appreciation Cards - located across from the library! Pick one up next week and share your appreciation!
4. Thanksgiving Bingo - just like Halloween bingo where kids can participate too! Bingo cards are in your boxes!

Our first official WDM will be on Wednesday during PLCs. Here are some steps to follow:

1. Fill out the WDM cover page for your DOL from the week of November 9-13. (K-2 math, 3-5 reading and math). You'll need to make a copy of the form to submit. Follow the form step by step and include links if needed.

2. Once your cover sheet is filled out save it and place it in Google Drive - Lesson Plan Folder - WDM Information - 11.18 WDM..located here.

3. Update your data trackers with DOL scores.

The cover sheet and information are due by Monday at 4pm so that we have time to prepare for the meeting on Wednesday.

This week and next we will be completing our fall TTESS and ALFTA walkthroughs. It's a bit since we all looked at the T-TESS Teacher Handbook. Please take some time to look over it and familiarize yourself with the descriptors. It's sooo much more indepth than just the rubric.

For our TIA TTESS Walkthroughs we are looking at Dimension 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3. After our walkthrough you will find your form in STRIVE to look over. Jocelyn and I will then schedule a coaching visit to go over results.

The handbook has also been posted in drive in the TTESS Folder.

Hey teachers! Did you know that you can tell Imagine Math to email a report to you each week? Just click on this button to turn on the feature.

Does anyone know how to do this for Imagine LL? I can’t figure it out. If you know, please share!

Please make sure that your students have logged in and completed the first Benchmark in Imagine Math, Imagine Learning AND Education Galaxy! Our goal is Thanksgiving break to have all of the benchmarks done! The goal cart is up and running!

* PSMs were due with signatures from the teacher & parent on Nov. 3rd.

Please send home 2nd copies of PSMs with any F2F students that have not yet returned them & follow up with Parents.

* Teachers, please follow up with parents that are signing PSMs online to make sure that they understand how to sign the PSMs, be sure to share the access code: Park Crest.

* Remember to Check the PSM Tracking Sheet Daily to ensure you have all your signatures I will update it as they are getting submitted. **

* Monthly 1069 documentation was due on Nov. 3rd, please ensure that you have uploaded them to the Park Crest Shared Drive.

* Reminder I-station ISIP test should be completed at the beginning of each month, if your Tier 2 & Tier 3 have not completed the Reading ISIP test for November please ensure that they do so ASAP, this information is used for Progress Monitoring.
