Explore Deeply. Thrive Globally.
Dear Dealey Families,
Welcome to another exciting school year at George B. Dealey Montessori & International Academy!
As we begin the 2026โ2027 school year, we are thrilled to welcome back our returning families and extend a warm Dragon welcome to those joining our community for the first time. At Dealey, we are more than a schoolโwe are a family united by a passion for learning, curiosity, creativity, and global citizenship.
This yearโs theme, Explore Deeply. Thrive Globally., reflects who we are and what we believe. Every classroom, every lesson, every performance, every athletic event, and every opportunity is designed to inspire students to think critically, ask meaningful questions, embrace diverse perspectives, and develop the confidence to make a positive impact in our world.
As a Montessori and International Academy, we believe students learn best when they are empowered to:
๐ Explore new ideas with curiosity.
๐ Develop a lifelong love of learning.
๐ค Build meaningful relationships rooted in kindness and respect.
๐ก Solve problems creatively and collaboratively.
๐ Grow into compassionate, globally-minded leaders.
Whether your child is beginning Pre-K, entering middle school, or anywhere in between, we are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience where every Dragon is known, challenged, and celebrated.
Our dedicated teachers and staff have been working hard to prepare welcoming classrooms, engaging learning experiences, and exciting opportunities for every student. We cannot wait to see our hallways filled once again with smiling faces, joyful conversations, and the energy that makes Dealey such a special place.
We also know that a strong partnership between school and home is one of the greatest predictors of student success. Thank you for your continued trust, encouragement, and support. Together, we will help every Dragon reach new heights.
This SMORE newsletter will continue to serve as our primary source for school news, important reminders, upcoming events, celebrations, and opportunities to stay involved throughout the year. Please check your email weekly so you never miss whatโs happening around campus.
Hereโs to a year filled with exploration, growth, achievement, and unforgettable memories.
Thank you for being part of our incredible Dealey community.
Welcome Back, Dragons!
Together, letโsโฆ
