This week, students will take the Mock EOGs on Tuesday - Thursday in reading, math and 8th science. The Mock EOGs provide students with an opportunity to take a full length EOG-style assessment on all the standards taught for this year. These assessments will provide feedback on how well students have mastered the content and inform us on how we can help prepare students for EOG exams. Please ensure that students arrive on time with a charged device. On Thursday, report cards will be distributed to students.
On Monday, our baseball and softball teams will play at home against Northern Granville Middle beginning at 4:30pm. On Wednesday, our baseball and softball teams will play away against Terrell Lane Middle beginning at 4:30pm. On Thursday, our track team will host a meet at home versus Franklinton and North Granville Middle Schools beginning at 4:00 pm.
Please note that in preparation for EOGs, STEM teachers will continue to provide afterschool tutoring each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm - 4:00pm. EOG Tutoring will be provided in ELA, Math and 8th grade Science. If interested, please click HERE to register your student for EOG tutoring. Please note that parents are expected to provide their own transportation.
Following third quarter report cards, Parent-Teacher conferences will be scheduled on Wednesday, April 22 and April 29 from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. If you would like to schedule a conference, please click HERE to register.
