Dear JF Cooper Elementary School Families:

We Celebrated RESPECT Week at Cooper School! Classroom activities, lessons and morning announcements focused on Respect. We capped the week with a Dance Party to none other than Aretha Franklin singing all about R E S P E C T!

Italian American Heritage Month has begun! Monday marks both Indigenous People's Day and Columbus Day!

Cooper Fall Fest and Halloween Parade will be held on Friday, October 30th. See Important Details Here. The Cooper PTA Trunk or Treat has been scheduled for Saturday, October 24th 4PM-6PM (Rain date Sunday, October 25, 4PM-6PM)

Arrival/Dismissal:

Parents dropping off in the AM are asked to pull all the way forward and discharge students along the curb of the building (not the field side). Helping your child to gain independence with their seatbelt and the car door is a great strategy to both build independence and help insure the line moves efficiently. Parents who need to park and enter the building are asked to use the cross walk rather than cutting through the vehicles dropping children off.
