Thank you to all districts who have returned your IDEA contract, CEIS, and Adoption of Policies forms. I understand others are waiting on Board approval. Please return the signed documents as soon as they are available. We are not able to begin reimbursing IDEA expenses until all documents are returned and fully executed.
Postsecondary School Survey

LEAs must survey all students with IEPs who graduated, dropped out, or aged out during the 2023-24 school year by September 26, 2025.
The Pennsylvania Department of Education's Bureau of Special Education will provide training on the implementation and electronic submission of the MP4S Target Year 1 to LEAs via a webinar scheduled for April 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Please register for the webinar on the PaTTAN webpage.
2025 School-Based ACCESS Program Stakeholder Sessions
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) are announcing the schedule for stakeholder sessions. As you may know, PA received a grant from the federal government to support expansion of school-based health services beyond those contained in an IEP. To develop the best program and plan for expansion, we need as much stakeholder input as possible.
DHS and PDE want to hear from you! We will be holding in-person stakeholder sessions across seven different locations and dates. Attendance at these events is limited to 50 individuals per site to ensure that voices are heard and input is captured. Attendees will participate in small group discussions to respond to questions about the provision of health-related services in the school setting and to share the needs Local Education Agencies experience in providing these services.
