October 21st, 2026
Good evening,
I hope everyone is having a great week! It's hard to believe we are already heading into the final week of October. There are so many fun things happening at Garrettford, and it's always exciting to see our students enjoying all the special activities this time of year brings!
Home & School Meeting
It was wonderful seeing so many of you at our Home & School meeting last night! I especially appreciated the great turnout and the engagement with our Superintendent, Dr. McGarry. It was nice to see families asking questions, sharing their thoughts, and staying involved in our school community. Thank you to everyone who attended!
Costume Bingo – This Friday!
I hope to see everyone at our Costume Bingo event this Friday! I know our students are really excited, and it should be a fun evening for our Garrettford families. A big thank you to our Home & School Association for organizing these special events!
Fall Festival Parade – Friday, October 30th
Our annual Fall Festival Parade is coming up next Friday, October 30th! This is always such a fun day for our students and families. More information about the parade and the day's activities will be shared later this week, so please keep an eye out for those details.
Pumpkin Donations Needed!
We are still looking for pumpkin donations for our schoolwide pumpkin patch next week! This is such a fun experience for our students, and we would love to make sure we have enough pumpkins for everyone to enjoy. If you are able to donate a pumpkin or two, we would greatly appreciate your support. Every donation helps make this special event possible!
As always, thank you for everything you do to support Garrettford. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful school community, and I look forward to seeing many of you at our upcoming events!
Have a great rest of your week!
