Thank you for such a strong and positive start to the school year! Our students are already showing excitement for learning, and we are grateful for the partnership and support from our families and staff.
This week, our focus will be on Beginning of Year (BOY) testing, which will take place Tuesday through Thursday. These assessments provide us with valuable information to guide instruction and ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed. We appreciate your encouragement at home as students give their best effort.
We are also looking forward to the start of Volleyball and Football season on August 26th. Athletics are such an important part of building school spirit and community pride, and we can’t wait to cheer on our Jaguars!
Once again, thank you for all you do to make our school such a special place. We are looking forward to a wonderful year ahead filled with growth, achievement, and celebration.

Ella Hipple: I was so impressed by Ella who saw me unloading curriculum and novels onto the table in the Teacher’s Lounge. She immediately approached and offered to help deliver them—taking initiative without being asked. What a wonderful example of a Mountain View student and true Jaguar spirit!

Staff Shout Outs!
Coach Alba and his 5th period class were the standout students at our Fire Drill this past week. Everyone in his class were super orderly and followed Coach Alba's lead.
