ANNUAL STUDENT TECH AGREEMENT

Please complete by Wednesday, May 21

Students will need to log into the Infinite Campus Student Portal.
In the middle of the page, there will be an alert that says “Documents Need Attention.” Click on the Student Tech Agreement.

(You can also get there through Documents on the left navigation menu)

An electronic signature release will pop up from Infinite Campus. Click Agree

Read the Digital Citizenship / Technology Agreement Form and add x’s to the red boxes. This is a required step.

Then on the last page, students need to add their signature by clicking on the red paper and pencil icon.

Click Sign in the pop up window and an electronic signature will populate with their name and date.

Please note: If students choose Decline, they will not receive their KSD device.

Final Step - hit the Submit button in the bottom left of the screen.

Additional info: Under Documents, students can view the status of the form.
