Principal's Message
Spartan Families,
March is an exciting time on campus as our Spartans continue learning, growing, and preparing for the final months of the school year. We are proud of the dedication our students continue to show in the classroom and throughout campus activities.
📌 Spring Break will take place March 16 – March 20. We hope our students and families enjoy a safe and restful break. Classes will resume on Monday, March 23, and we encourage students to return ready to continue working hard for a successful end to the school year.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. We appreciate all that our families do to help our Spartans succeed!

Counselors’ Corner

Social Emotional Learning
As we continue through the school year, our counseling program remains focused on supporting the whole child (academically, socially, and emotionally.) We consistently reinforce our Core Emergent Tree Values of Safe, Respectful, and Responsible, which guide students in making positive choices, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of their actions both in and out of the classroom.
We are also continuing our CharacterStrong lessons, which help students develop important social-emotional skills such as empathy, self-management, resilience, and teamwork. Through these lessons, students are learning how to navigate challenges, manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and support one another in meaningful ways.

In April, we will celebrate students who earn The Community Champion Award, also focused on Social Awareness and connected to our values of being Respectful and Safe. These students help make our campus welcoming and inclusive by respecting differences, supporting others, maintaining shared spaces, and promoting a peaceful, positive school environment.
We encourage families to talk with your child about what they are learning through CharacterStrong and Spartan Spotlight, and how they are applying these skills at home and in the community. If you ever have questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your childs school counselor.
