Mill Valley Weekly

Next week, Mill Valley opens its doors to our newest and youngest learners for the 2026-2027 Kindergarten Open House.

Welcoming these new families reminds us of the excitement and anticipation you felt during your child’s first days at Mill Valley. While it’s amazing to see how quickly time flies, it’s even more rewarding to see how much your students have flourished since they first started here. Thank you for letting us be a part of their story.

In Partnership,

Allyce Harris

MV Principal

Thank you to those families who have completed the Parent/Guardian Satisfaction Survey.

Phy Ed couldn't be happier with the warmer weather and sunny days! We are taking advantage, when it isn't rainy, to get outside and work on some newer skills with different implements.

2nd, 3rd & 4th grade students are learning about Lacrosse and how to properly use the Lacrosse stick. Some skills we are working on are cradling, catching, and passing.

Kindergarten & 1st grade students are using implements, too! They are using scoops to catch and pass yarnballs and whiffle balls to one another.

Everyone is doing a great job KEEPING THEIR EYES ON THE BALL!

Did you know Field Day 2026 is scheduled for Friday, June 5th? We are looking for parent volunteers to help run stations. We will be sending out our sign up soon through the MV Weekly!

Please return the permission slip for your student to participate in our annual May Day Walk.

This is a fun activity for the entire school!
