Principal's Message
Dear Wall High School Families,
School is in full swing and teachers and students are off to an amazing start at Wall High School!
Teacher of the Year & Educational Professional of the Year
We encourage you to consider nominating an outstanding Wall High School teacher and/or educational services professional for the Governor’s Educator of the Year Award. The nomination form can be found below, and all submissions are due to the Main Office by October 13, 2025.
Student Picture Days
All students in grades 9, 10, and 11 will have school pictures on September 19th and 22nd. There is no need to pre-order or pre-pay for pictures anymore. You can now preview pictures online prior to purchasing. Please click here for a flyer with picture day details and information.
Calendars
Our Daily Rotation Calendar and Marking Period Calendar are linked below and can also be found anytime on the WHS website under the “Our School” tab. Please note: exam weeks are marked on these calendars. Thank you for avoiding vacation plans during those times.
Transportation
Parents please note that school starts promptly at 7:20am. Any student not in homeroom by 7:20am is considered late to school. Student bus stop information is posted in the Genesis portal and students are reminded to arrive to their bus stop early on the first day of school. Please be patient as it may take a few days for buses to establish a routine pick up time.
Anyone dropping off at school may enter through the 18th Ave entrance near the tennis courts or on the New Bedford Road entrance and then follow the traffic pattern to drop off by Door #13 (by the cafeteria). Please be mindful of pedestrians in crosswalks, and please do NOT drop off anywhere else. Remember that students need to be in homeroom/1st period by 7:20am so students should be dropped off no later than 7:15am to allow for time to get to their classrooms. The doors to the school will open at 7am daily.
To our students who drive, please make sure to obtain a parking pass in order to be permitted to park on campus. There are designated lots for juniors and seniors. Please refer to the parking application for more information and for a list of rules regarding student driving and parking on campus. Please complete a parking application and bring it to the main office during lunch or before or after school to receive a parking pass.
Dismissal is at 2:02pm and buses will assemble in the front (18th Ave) and side of the building (New Bedford Road). Please make sure students know their route numbers so they can find their bus more easily. Students who are being picked up should meet their families in the parking lot near the tennis courts and all vehicles picking up must enter the lot from 18th Ave.

Governor's Educator of the Year Nomination
Do you know a classroom teacher or educational services professional who is dedicated, inspiring, and making a difference? If so, please take the time to recommend this person for the Governor’s Educator of the Year Program.
Cell Phone Policy
The Wall High School Cell Phone Policy remains in effect for the 25-26 school year. In order to reduce distractions and disruptions in the classroom and to increase student focus and engagement, each student will be required to place their cell phone in a classroom phone caddy at the beginning of each instructional period when they enter the classroom. The cell phones will remain in the phone caddy until the end of the period. Students may not retrieve phones when going to the bathroom, nurse, guidance, etc.
Students will still be allowed to use their phones during unit lunch. We ask parents and guardians to please use lunch time to message your student (10:20 a.m. to 11:02 a.m.) if you need to contact them during the school day. Any student using a cell phone or having it in plain sight in class or anywhere in school during an instructional period (in route to the bathroom, nurse, guidance, etc.) will have the phone confiscated for the remainder of the day and be disciplined accordingly. Students have been briefed on this policy at the start of the school year, and we appreciate your support.
Join the PTO and Support Our School
The Wall High School Parent-Teacher Organization plays an important role in building a strong school community and supporting programs for both students and staff. PTO funds help provide classroom resources, student events, teacher appreciation activities, and more. We encourage every family to join the PTO for the 2025–26 school year and pay annual dues—your participation directly benefits our school. Membership information and payment options can be found through the link below. Thank you for helping us make this year exceptional for our students.

🍽️ Lunch Information
Message Regarding Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.
Please be advised, WHS will not accept food deliveries from services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc. for students in our school. While we understand the convenience these services provide, they create significant disruptions within our main office. More importantly, allowing outside food/lunch deliveries raises concerns about the safety and security of our students and staff.
Please note: Parents and guardians are still permitted to drop off lunch for students who may have forgotten their meals. However, we ask that you coordinate these drop-offs directly through our main office to ensure a smooth process.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we prioritize the well-being and security of our school community.
Mr. Davis
