Staff Newsletter

Thank you for all that you continue to give as we power toward the finish line together! Here are the updates you can expect to find in this week’s newsletter:

• Building Hours (Saturday, May 31st 7am-2pm)

The building will be open this Saturday, May 31st from 7am-2pm.

• The EOY checklist is now complete and ready for use.
• Once you've completed your checklist, please grab an envelope from Ms. Boone. In the envelope, include: 1. Your labeled classroom keys and 2. Your completed EOY checklist. These will be stored and returned to you at the start of the school year.
• Packing tape is available in my office if needed.
• If you're moving classrooms, be sure to label all of your boxes and items with your new room number and last name.
• If you are not returning for the 2025-26 school year, any district-purchased materials must remain in the building.

We are excited to share the finalized master schedule with you! We listened closely and worked intentionally to incorporate your feedback while balancing the needs of the entire school community. Thank you our Scheduling Team!

Here are the Class Lists for SY26! This is an internal document, and student placement should not be shared with families. Please honor this request, as prematurely sharing class lists leads to families requesting specific class placements.

*One last action item...if you haven't already, please be sure to include each student's last name as this spreadsheet will be used to upload rosters into PowerSchool. It makes the process smooth! :)

Math (K-5): iReady Diagnostic

• Window closes May 16th

Reading TWI (K-5): Check your Unit 3 assessment data outcomes. Unit 4 is underway. Please see the educator newsletter for Unit 4 and end of year assessment information. Directions for locating the Realize Reports are now in the Leadership Structures to Support Equitable Literacy Instruction SY24-25.

• K-5 TWI Unit 3: Should be scored.

• K-5 TWI Units 4 and 5: Window opens from 5/22-5/28

Reading Monolingual (K-5):

W&W New Reads

• Grades K-4 were to be completed by 4/25. If you haven't done so already, please be sure to have the assessments scored and uploaded.

• Grade 5th: Completed by 5/16

• ILT will meeting with district on the 29th to review all K-5 data

Core Phonics/Fastbridge

• Grades K-1: Educators will need to administer the Core Phonics English assessment between May 5th-23rd.
  Grade 2-5 teachers will need to administer the Fastbridge CBM Reading Fluency assessment between May 5th-23rd.

• Note: 2nd grade students who are flagged as at risk on the Fastbridge fluency assessment should also be given Core Phonics.

Panorama: The Spring Panorama window for students in 3rd-5th grade is 5/12-23.

• Complete class lists for SY25-26: IES link IEP At A Glance for current caseload

• Complete Para Support Plans for SY25-26

June:
