Superintendent's Message
As we wrap up our first full week of school, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your support and enthusiasm as we kick off another exciting year at Clermont Northeastern. It’s been wonderful to see our students back in the classrooms, hallways, and on the playgrounds, bringing our schools to life with their energy and curiosity.
This week has been all about settling into new routines, reconnecting with friends, and diving into learning. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting classrooms and witnessing firsthand the incredible work our teachers and staff are doing to create engaging, supportive, and challenging learning environments. Whether it’s the excitement in our elementary school, the creativity in our middle school, or the determination in our high school, the spirit of our Rocket community is truly inspiring.
I also want to acknowledge the smooth start we’ve had thanks to the collaborative efforts of our families, administrators, teachers, and staff. Your partnership in making sure our students are ready, prepared, and eager to learn makes all the difference. From timely drop-offs to positive attitudes, every bit of your involvement helps set the tone for a successful year.
As we continue to build on this strong foundation, please know that we are here to support you and your children every step of the way. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we can make this year one of growth, learning, and success for all our students.
Thank you again for your trust and partnership. Let’s keep the momentum going!
With Rocket Pride,
Tim Sies

What's happening in our buildings?
Elementary
This year, the fourth grade class is stepping up their game in responsibility and respect with exciting new initiatives and a fun cafeteria competition, all while maintaining a resource-saving strategy that has proven effective.
The students are on a mission to minimize lunchroom waste by encouraging everyone to “tap” leftover food off their disposable trays and neatly stack them. By stacking trays, they are making a big impact on waste reduction, as stacked trays take up only a fraction of the space in trash bags! So far, this effort has led to a remarkable drop from two full garbage bags to just half a bag!
In addition to waste reduction, homerooms are collaborating to keep their lunch tables spotless every day in the quest for the coveted Golden Dust Pan Award. Students are taking charge by cleaning up their own lunch areas after meals and lending a hand to their classmates.
To further promote resource conservation, all students are participating in a “share” table initiative. Here, students can place unopened food and drink items they choose not to eat, allowing others to take them for free. This thoughtful strategy not only helps feed hungry classmates but also significantly reduces food waste. Together, they are making a difference!

Rocket Athletics
CNE Rocket Nation: Our student-athletes and coaches have gotten off to a great start this fall season. I am very proud of the incremental improvement our athletic programs are making on a daily basis. This week is going to be "hot" so please continue to encourage and emphasize proper hydration, nutrition and sleep for all of our student-athletes. All of our programs are making strength and conditioning a weekly part of their practice plan and with a long term and consistent commitment to S&C we will give our student-athletes the best opportunity to be successful. See the link for this week's athletic events...Go Rockets!
