Dear Coleman Families,

I trust this message finds you well-rested and refreshed after a wonderful spring break! It's been a bustling week here at Coleman Elementary as our Warriors dive back into their studies with enthusiasm and energy.

I'm thrilled to share some fantastic news with you all. Two of our exceptional students, Ryder Poertner and Travis Helms, represented Coleman Elementary with remarkable skill at the 4th-grade district-wide spelling bee on Wednesday evening. It brings me immense joy to announce that Travis Helms secured an impressive 3rd place during the competition! Please join me in extending congratulations to Travis for this outstanding achievement. We are immensely proud of his dedication and success.

As we look forward, I'm excited to inform you that our dedicated teachers have some thrilling activities planned for our students on Monday in celebration of the upcoming eclipse. It promises to be an educational and awe-inspiring experience for all involved.

The Meramec Valley R-III School District is offering a 4-week summer learning program that includes hands-on STEM based games, activities, and free field trips for incoming K-8 students. Register your student using your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal set up, please contact your school office for assistance. Summer Discovery is scheduled for Monday-Friday, June 3rd-28th.
