BPES Little Titans Newsletter

Dear Families-

As we get closer to Thanksgiving Break, I want to take a moment to share how truly thankful I am for our amazing families, staff, and students at BPE. We have built such a strong Titan community, and that’s because of everything each of you does for our school and with us.

This week we also enjoyed an incredible 3rd grade concert on Monday honoring our Veterans. Mr. Chapman and Mrs. Westlake are two of the best, and we are so grateful to have them guiding our Little Titans in music education.

Thank you also to all our families that donated to our district Food and Hygiene Drive. Your generosity has not gone unnoticed. Thank You!

Our Reading Adventure Continues!
We are still diving into The One and Only Ivan, and students are loving every chapter! We hope your family is enjoying the fun at-home activities, too. This week, check out a new video of Mrs. Rump reading a nonfiction book about what it would be like to be a gorilla. Then, try a tasty themed snack “Ants on a Log” and eat like a gorilla right at home!

POPCORN IS POPPIN" THIS FALL!

Each bag will cost $1.00 this year and started last week. All proceeds will go towards purchasing more supplies for our popcorn business. Anything over and above our supplies will be donated to a charity as voted on by our students at the end of the year.

Once our current 3rd graders have completed all of their economics lessons, they will be taking over the Popcorn Palooza in 2026.

Please see the dates above for when your child will have the option to buy a bag of popcorn from our 4th Grade Popcorn Club

Payments may be made in person at BPE using Cash or Check , or through Infinite Campus. Instructions are provided below.

Families are asked and encouraged to complete the Income Eligibility Verification Application to access additional benefits, including increased state and federal funding for staff, equipment, and supplies; discounts on fees for academic assessments; and access to local scholarships, tuition assistance for dual credit and AP courses, and discounts on college application fees. By completing the application, you help the district continue to provide valuable resources and opportunities for every student.

Online Payments

Online payment is our preferred method for parents and guardians to pay for school fees, cafeteria payments, and more.

The Infinite Campus Online Payment system is a payment processing

solution that allows you to submit food service and school-related fees 24/7

via the Parent Portal. Payments can be made for one child or the entire

household.

The Fees tool provides a list of all fees assigned to you. Fees may include things like a lab fee for a science course, a fee for a field trip or the cost of an athletic activity. Fees that are still owed and fees that were paid appear in this list, followed by the ongoing balance for all fees.

Just a Friendly Reminder

As the weather is changing, please take this opportunity to update your child's extra set of clothes in their backpack with clothing suitable for the current season, ensuring they have appropriate layers for colder or warmer temperatures depending on the time of year.
