We have just a few more days until Meet the Teacher and the first Day of School. Here are a few updates. We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

If you have not received a phone call or email from your child's teacher to schedule a time for Meet the Teacher, it is possible you still need to complete online registration or are missing a part of required documentation (proof of residence or immunizations).

The City of College Station is replacing sidewalks on the roads surrounding South Knoll. This work will be beautiful when it is finished, but will make getting to and from South Knoll a challenge in the meantime. Here is what we know about what to expect the first day of school.

By the first day of school:

-Lawyer will be open from Southwest Parkway to Boswell Street

-Lawyer will be closed beyond the Boswell intersection.

-Caudill Street will be open.

Drop off and dismissal often take longer during the first few days of school. This road construction is likely to cause more delays. You may want to allow for extra time to drop off and pick up your students. We appreciate your patience.

School supplies are out in all the stores! The CSISD supply list for all elementary schools is linked below.

For the safety and security of our students, faculty and staff, College Station ISD has updated its campus visitor protocol for the 2022-23 school year. All non-CSISD employees will adhere to the following protocols when visiting a CSISD campus.

1. Please present your driver’s license or state-issued ID to the front desk receptionist. (Your ID will be returned when you leave the premises.)

2. Please indicate where in the building you will be visiting and proceed directly to and from that location.

3. Please wear the visitor’s sticker provided to you in a visible location throughout your visit on campus.

4. To reclaim your ID, please return the visitor’s sticker to the front desk receptionist.
