IMPORTANT NOTE ON PHYSICALS:
All students must pass a physical examination before participating in any practice or game. A physician must have examined all students within 13 months prior to the first day of practice. This is a state regulation, and exceptions will not be made. A copy of this physical must be on file with our athletic trainer and/or it can be uploaded directly during the registration process or by returning to your FamilyID account at a later date (if needed, here are instructions on how to upload the most recent physical).
Please reach out to the Athletic Trainer, Amanda Magier (amagier@hopkinton.k12.ma.us) with any medical concerns or questions.
*Please note, a sports physical from an urgent care (i.e. Minute Clinic, Milford Regional Urgent Care, etc) is acceptable, please be sure it states the student is cleared for full participation in sports with no limitations, has the date of the exam, and the signature of the physician or practitioner.
ATHLETIC FEES:
Athletic Fees are not due at the time of registration. Invoices will be issued through MySchoolBucks once teams are set and families will have 7 days to pay via MySchoolBucks or by check made out to Hopkinton Athletics.
