From the Principal
Dear SHS Families,
Welcome back, and best wishes for a great start to 2025!
With finals just a few weeks away, it's crucial for students to dedicate themselves to finishing the first semester strong. I encourage everyone to take advantage of the after-school tutoring sessions listed below and to reach out to teachers for additional support if needed.
As we work together to support students' success, we also invite all parents, guardians, and students to our next Partnership Council meeting on Tuesday, January 14th, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The main focus of our time together will be a discussion about the action steps we are taking to improve school culture and climate. We value your input and any ideas you may have to contribute to our efforts. Refreshments will be provided.
We look forward to see you there!
Sincerely,
Principal da Silva

Calendar Item Adjustment
Friday, January 10
We recently discovered an inconsistency on our school’s online Academic Calendar. This Friday is a normal school day (A Day). The calendar had indicated that it was an early release day, which is inaccurate.
I apologize for the misunderstanding. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
