Happy New Year to all Cole Manor leaders and their families! We hope that you had a great break and are looking forward to being back at school. Classes have been able to show that they are sitting quietly in their seats at lunch, eating their own food and using a Zone One-conversational level speaking volume when talking with their friends. The classes earn a check and the class with the most check marks by the end of the week can earn the Golden Spatula sticker, and a reward as a class such as a Pajama/Stuffed Animal day.
This is how students at Cole Manor can show that they are Cole Manor leaders by being safe, respectful and responsible everyday at school. It is important to show kindness to others and to be aware of our surroundings when walking in the hallway by keeping our hands, feet and objects to ourselves.
We will continue to run our Turner Ticket incentive, as well as the Special Area scores. Students can continue to earn Flying High Cards for being safe, respectful and responsible and for demonstrating the character trait of the month, such as Honesty, Integrity, Respect, etc.,
We will also continue to teach and model our school expectations throughout the month of January by holding Positive Behavior Refresher Assemblies for Grades 1-4. Please encourage your students to charge their chromebooks every night and to keep track of their belongings, such as their coat, gloves, hat, etc., now that we are in the midst of wintertime.
¡Feliz año nuevo a todos los líderes de Cole Manor y sus familias! Esperamos que haya tenido un buen descanso y esté ansioso por regresar a la escuela. Las clases han podido demostrar que están sentados tranquilamente en sus asientos durante el almuerzo, comiendo su propia comida y usando un volumen de habla de nivel conversacional de Zona Uno cuando hablan con sus amigos. Las clases obtienen un cheque y la clase con la mayor cantidad de marcas al final de la semana puede ganar la calcomanía de la Espátula Dorada y una recompensa como clase, como un día de pijama/animal de peluche.
Así es como los estudiantes de Cole Manor pueden demostrar que son líderes de Cole Manor siendo seguros, respetuosos y responsables todos los días en la escuela. Es importante mostrar amabilidad con los demás y ser consciente de nuestro entorno al caminar por el pasillo manteniendo las manos, los pies y los objetos apartados de nosotros mismos.
Continuaremos ejecutando nuestro incentivo Turner Ticket, así como los puntajes del Área Especial. Los estudiantes pueden continuar obteniendo Tarjetas Flying High por ser seguros, respetuosos y responsables y por demostrar el rasgo de carácter del mes, como Honestidad, Integridad, Respeto, etc. También continuaremos enseñando y modelando nuestras expectativas escolares durante todo el mes de enero mediante la celebración de Asambleas de Actualización sobre Comportamiento Positivo para los grados 1 a 4. Anime a sus estudiantes a cargar sus Chromebooks todas las noches y a realizar un seguimiento de sus pertenencias, como abrigos, guantes, gorros, etc., ahora que estamos en pleno invierno.
