TVUSD Survey of Students

Between October 8th and November 4th, students at all TVUSD schools in grades 3-12 will be asked to complete a survey measuring student self-efficacy, self-management, and emotion regulation, as well as their perceptions of school climate, safety, and sense of belonging.

Per Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 5022: Student and Family Privacy Rights, parents have the right to preview survey content and opt their student(s) out of survey participation. Survey questions are created with students in mind, and use grade level appropriate language. Links to preview student surveys can be found below.

If you would prefer that your child not complete this survey, please complete the opt-out form below by Tuesday, September 30 at midnight. Please note if you opt your student(s) out of the survey in the fall, the opt-out remains in place for the entirety of the 25-26 school year.
