We’re thrilled to share that playground construction is scheduled to be completed by September 22. We know our students are eager to enjoy this new space, and we appreciate your understanding as we finalize this important part of our campus.

JISD Families,

We are always working to improve and simplify communication between you, your campus and the district. Knowing what’s happening at your child’s school and keeping up with your child’s coursework and their teachers directly impacts their well being both in the classroom and at home. School communication plays a big part in all of this, but it’s often not set up to be as simple and easy to access as it could be.

Judson ISD is excited to announce the launch of a new district app designed to streamline communication between families, campuses, and the district. This all-in-one platform makes it easier than ever to stay informed and connected to your child’s education.

Introducing “Rooms” – A New Parent-Teacher Communication Tool

Rooms allows for two-way messaging with teachers and staff, classroom updates, behavior tracking, and automatic translation, making it easier to support your child’s learning and celebrate their achievements.

Selma families please be sure that we are following our traffic plan for arrival and dismissal.

At arrival please do not park in the car line and walk up to the door, we need to keep the car rider line moving, if your students need help, our staff will help them out of the car

At dismissal it is important to have your car tag to ensure the safety of our students. The safety of all is important to us so we also ask you not to exit your vehicle while actively in the dismissal lane.

We do not allow early dismissal after 2:30 and walk ups during the time of dismissal. Please be sure you have your blue card on the dash of your vehicle, if you do not have it, we will ask you to park and come inside to school to receive a new card with your identification.

All walkers should walk home safely along the sidewalk, it is not a car rider pick up location.

Adult learners interested in ESL and or HSE (GED) classes may contact our service provider at www.restoreeducation.org . Applicants must complete an in-person assessment at the location on San Pedro or East Side offices. Contact 210.432.6123 ext. 105 to discuss available options.

Our playgrounds are still under construction, we will be having indoor recess until the end of September due to some construction setbacks.

Breakfast and Lunch are free to all students.

Please give us a call if you would like to volunteer during our WIN time (What I Need) It is a period of reinforcement, support, and/or enrichment.

Selma families, please be sure to have your ID when you visit the campus at all times. We appreciate your help in ensuring the safety of our students.
