Principal's Message
Good Evening Weymouth High School Community,
Our Unified Track team traveled to Walpole for the highly anticipated sectional meet this week. They came home victorious! With heart, hustle, and teamwork on full display, the team delivered an unforgettable performance and captured the Sectional Championship title back to back! Congratulations to all!
We are proud to announce that nineteen students in our Career and Technical Education (CTE) Allied Health program have passed the Massachusetts state licensing exam to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). These students celebrated their achievement at a special pinning ceremony and dinner with their families and guests. To earn this license, the students finished more than 100 hours of classroom learning. They also completed over 30 hours of hands-on clinical experience at Dwyer Home-Fairing Way.
We proudly celebrated our senior athletes who have committed to continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level. Congratulations to all of our athletes, coaches, and families on these outstanding accomplishments.

All students taking MCAS will be required to put their phones in the classroom phone holders for the entire test session. Please make sure that you have updated your chromebook to the latest software. The directions are here.
Grades 9, 11, & 12 will have a delayed start on the MCAS days. Please note the start time is 9:40. Here is the schedule. Any students that take the bus to school will take the bus at the normal time and will be in the gold cafeteria during the testing period.

Bus Transportation Applications for 2026-27
Bus applications for the 2026-27 school year will open this week. Families will receive an email with a link to the application form, along with the student information needed to complete the process. Families must complete the form for every K-12 student who needs bus transportation next year. Please complete and submit the form by the end of this school year, June 26th. If you have questions about the application process or payment information, please contact your school office.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Through our partnership with the JED Foundation and our Active Minds club, we will be working to change the conversation around mental health. Staff, students, and families will learn about the various supports that exist to help members of our school community dealing with mental health issues to promote their well-being. All staff and students are encouraged to wear green on Mondays for the month of May to help spread awareness. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or chat the crisis lifeline at 988.
The last day of school is June 26, 2026. The last day of classes will be June 22nd and finals will be from June 23rd - 26th. Here is the schedule for finals. Only students with excused absences during exam time will be allowed to make up exams. Please reach out to your child’s Dean for approval. Students are NOT permitted to take exams prior to their scheduled exam period.
