- How to obtain a transcript
- Graduation requirements recap
- Texas Reality Check (career and postsecondary certifications and degrees)
Thank you to our Taft government and economics on level and AP classes for sharing your time with us this week: M. Mulkey, C. Gowen, C. Vidaurri, D. Meade, J. Barnard and J. Davern (Comm Arts AP/D2 English 4 Teacher)
Unity Day Pop Up
System Support
It was great to see so many of our students and staff wearing orange on Wednesday. Thank you for participating! The students had a great time with our Unity Day pop up. We asked the students to write down an example of Respect and they received a Croc charm for their contribution. The students also enjoyed working together to find words that unite us despite our differences on a gigantic word search.

Digital Citizenship
A couple of ideas to help students understand their digital footprint.
- Please post the videos in your Schoology and ask students to view them during Raider Time. Consider engaging students in a follow up discussion using the guiding questions attached.
- Consider showing one of the videos to your students this week and engage in a short classroom discussion.

Employee Assistance Program
We as educators are human beings with real life traumas and challenging circumstances in our lives outside of work. Some of us are dealing with struggles in our mental health. Reaching out for help is a superpower not a weakness. NISD has a resource that may be beneficial to you called the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP can be accessed by calling The Standard 1-888-293-6948 or visiting http://members.healthadvocate.com/.
