Davenport's Weekly Update
Week of April 23, 2023
MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Aloha Ohana!
“Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.” —Mother Teresa.
The weeks are winding down. We have 7 FriYAY’s remaining with our students before Summer Break. In this time, we have event filled months ahead with activities, testing, field trips, staff appreciation days, etc. We are continuing to push through even stronger than when we started the school year! Next week, our third graders will be taking the NJSLA test. The 3rd grade teachers have been preparing them for this very moment so they are ready to do their very best on the test. 3rd Grade Parents, please give them the boost of positive encouragement needed to do their best. Make sure they get a good night sleep the night before each test. Please see the testing schedule below. We will continue to Embrace, Engage, and Educate the students of Davenport School! Thank you for supporting your child and the teachers everyday!
Have a great weekend!
