The Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), in partnership with the Georgia Leaders of Educational Technology (GLET), hosts an annual Cybersecurity Poster Contest for Georgia public school students in kindergarten through grade 12.
Each year during Cybersecurity Awareness Month, the contest encourages students to create original artwork that promotes cybersecurity awareness, digital citizenship, and responsible online behavior.
The annual submission window is October 1–31. Each year's contest features a new cybersecurity theme, giving students the opportunity to explore important online safety concepts while expressing their creativity.
Winning posters are recognized at a Georgia State Board of Education meeting. First-place winning posters are displayed at the Georgia Department of Education, and framed copies are presented to each winning student's school. Additional recognition may be provided as outlined in the current year's contest materials.
