Thanks to Measure I, swinging, sliding and playing with friends has never been more fun on our CVUSD campuses! Glenwood Elementary School is the latest school to unveil brand new, beautiful play structures (check out that Gator green accent color!) for students to enjoy.

Measure I, the voter approved school facilities bond, continues to make a positive impact across our TK-12 schools. Click here to learn more about Measure I.

Ahead of the Veterans Day holiday, the Banyan Elementary School community gathered for their annual Patriotic Assembly. At this special event, Active Service Members, Veterans and First Responders were honored - with special recognition given to family members of Banyan students who have previously or are currently serving in the military and/or as a first responder. At the conclusion of the Assembly, students had the opportunity to see first responder vehicles up close and learn firsthand from first responders more about how they serve the community. Way to go Bobcats!

Several other CVUSD elementary school also held Patriotic Assemblies and related, special events last week. The CVUSD sends our sincerest gratitude to all Active Service Members, Veterans and First Responders!
