โœจ MYTHS & MAGIC โœจ

Step right up to the annual Woodstock Harvest Carnival!

This year, weโ€™re leaning into all things magical, mystical, and mythological! Think fairies, dragons, unicorns, enchanted forestsโ€”and, because this is the PNW, of course, Bigfoot!

Weโ€™re creating a carnival filled with imagination, childhood wonder, silliness, and just a little bit of mystery.

Whatโ€™s in Store?

โœจ Magic & Whimsy Decor

๐Ÿฆถ He Lives! โ€” Bigfoot Photo Op

๐ŸŽช Village Games & Prizes

๐Ÿ”ฎMadam Mystique โ€” Fortune Teller

๐Ÿ‘ป A "Haunted" House โ€” magical and mysterious, but not too scary, with fun for all ages

๐ŸŽจ The Craft Room โ€” a quiet, creative, sensory-friendly space

๐Ÿช A Potluck of Goodies

๐ŸŽฌ Movie Room โ€” details TBD

๐Ÿงš We Need Your Magic!

We need you to step right up with your various talents, ideas, and dreams. This year, weโ€™re taking inspiration from all manner of fairy tales and mythological stories to create a celebration filled with magic, imagination, and childlike wonder.

An event this magical takes a village, and weโ€™re looking for some awesome volunteers to help bring it all to life! There are many ways to volunteer: planning before the event, donating baked goods, running activities at the event (note that shifts do not run for the entire event and you will be contacted for your preference closer to the event), helping with clean up, and more! Volunteering is always more fun with friends, so grab a crew and tackle a task.

If you are interested in leading a room - please reach out directly to me: Sonia.milbank@gmail.com
