Rialto Adult School - Schoolwide Learning Outcomes (SLOs)
Third Issue
Week of August 17 - August 21, 2026
Theme for the 2026-2027 School Year
Dear Rialto Adult School Students,
Happy 3rd Week of School, RAS Students!
Thank you to everyone who has joined us for our recent BBQs—they’ve been a fantastic way to connect! We have our final BBQ this Tuesday, August 18, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Don't miss out!
Stay Strong & Keep Coming to Class We have to support each other to persist. Please keep coming to school every day! If you’re facing any challenges, talk to your teachers, the administration, or the front office. We are here to help you stay on track and keep attending.
Reminder: Attendance was mandatory for the first two weeks, so let's keep that momentum going and keep our attendance strong!
🎉 Join Us at the Rialto Family Summit!
When: Saturday, September 19 | 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Parade of Schools: Line up starts at 8:45 AM
Come march with your classmates, teachers, administration, and staff! We want to show our strength in numbers and prove that Rialto Adult School is the Heart of the Rialto Unified School District.
Bring your families, children, and spouses to show your school pride—many of our students have children attending RUSD schools, making this a true family event! Plus, the school with the highest participation wins a prize! Help us win! 🏆
Remember our motto at RAS: "The Road to Success is Through Commitment."
We can't wait to see all that you accomplish this year.
¡Persiste! ¡Sigue adelante! ¡Sueña en grande!
Persist! Keep going! Dream big!
Respectfully,
Mrs. Ramona I. Rodriguez

Important Reminder: Check Your Email and Google Classroom for Important Updates!
As we kick off the new school year, please be sure to check your email regularly for updates regarding your specific class schedule. Due to staffing and late teacher hiring, some courses will begin after the first week of school. Checking your inbox will ensure you have the correct start date, room assignment, and meeting times for each of your classes. Thank you for your patience as we finalize our schedules, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Attendance for the First Two Weeks is Mandatory
Mandatory Attendance Policy: First Two Weeks of School
Attendance during the first two weeks of class is mandatory for all enrolled students.
