Please see the RICAS Family Portal Help Guide for additional information on how to use this tool and what information is available.

This guide is also posted on the RIDE website.

Families will need to sign up for a RICAS Family Portal account using their students' SASID (State Identifier) and date of birth. Each parent and guardian can create their own account, and up to three adults can add the same student to their account. Up to ten students can be added to each account.

You can find your child’s SASID in the BWRSD Aspen Parent Portal (https://ri-bwrsd.myfollett.com/aspen-login/?deploymentId=ri-bwrsd). Below is a screenshot of where the SASID is located once you are in your Aspen Parent Portal Account.
