We had so much fun at Move-a-thon today!! Thank you to all our parent volunteers, especially Joanna Gool and Heather Godfrey, for a wonderful event for our students! We raised over $13,000 for our school!! This money will be used to provide support for field trips, bring in assembly programs, and purchase new equipment for the playground.

Save the date for our Halloween Parade and Party on Friday Oct 27th.

Parade will be at 1:00 out on our field. Only approved volunteers will be permitted in the building for classroom parties. Please consider carpooling as parking is always a problem. Please park in our large lot or at the Art Association and avoid parking along Market St, this is a traffic hazard.

Please see information about Science Explorers and special community events below as well.

Please put your child's name in their lunchbox, on their water bottle and in their jackets! The Lost and Found is filling up! We will gladly return items to children who have their name on them! All items will be donated at the end of the month.

A few things to note:

1) Volunteers must have clearances.

2) Younger siblings are not permitted at school while you volunteer.

3) Volunteers are held to the same confidentiality standards as any WCASD employee.

4) While you may see and interact with your child when you are volunteering, you are here to assist all children.
