Group Check Outs
As we approach the end of the school year, we’ve seen an increase in students being checked out in groups of friends. This has created additional challenges for our teachers and staff.
To help keep things running smoothly, we will no longer allow group check-outs. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we make this adjustment.
Thank you!

Sports
Intramural Weight Lifting
Salem Jr. High is excited to offer a weight lifting Intramural opportunity for students who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident in the weight room. The group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30–7:30 AM and is football-tailored, focusing on strength, speed, and injury prevention—but all are welcome, no matter their sport or experience level. Whether you’ve lifted for years or have never touched a barbell, this club is designed to teach proper technique, build confidence, and create a positive team environment. Come work hard, improve, and start your day strong!
