Fall Concert Details

We are excited for our upcoming Fall Concert, which takes place on Tuesday, October 6th, at Christ Church Methodist!

Please take a moment to carefully read through all of the Fall Concert information below.

TWHS Fall Concert Information: October 6th, 2026

Location:

Christ Church Methodist

6363 Research Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381

What to Wear:

Red Polos, jeans without holes, and closed-toe shoes.
Make sure hair is up and/or back out of your face.
Very small earrings are allowed. No necklaces or bracelets.
Please arrive at your call time dressed in your polo and jeans.

Phones:

Option 1 - Left with a parent (turned off) or in your personal vehicle.
Option 2 - Phones will be turned off and placed in class buckets to be monitored by

a choir parent. Phones will be returned at the conclusion of the concert.

Spring Trip to San Antonio!

I’m excited to share this year’s Choir Spring trip information with you! As mentioned at our Choir Parent Meeting, TWHS Choir’s Spring Trip will be to San Antonio in April. Click the following link to see our proposed itinerary. This trip is capped at 100 students to ensure we can fit on two charter buses.

The purpose of our spring trip is to provide an educational, fun opportunity for our choir kids that allows them to bond outside of their usual school setting. It’s going to be a blast, and we hope you’ll allow your student to participate! This trip is open to any choir member who meets the requirements (choir participation, grades & discipline) mentioned in the Spring Trip Commitment Form (see below).

All parents must fill out a commitment form for their child to attend: Spring Trip Commitment Form. This form has lots of pertinent details about the trip. You will then receive a registration link to pay your deposit with American Classic Tours & Music Festivals. The deadline to sign up your student & pay the enrollment fee for our Spring Trip is Friday, October 30th.

All those who have already submitted their commitment form should have received links to register & pay deposits for their student with the travel company. If you haven’t, please contact Mr. Newcomb.

Parents wanting to send their students must complete the commitment form by the end of the month. Sign up today using the form below!

District Auditions Recap!

Congratulations to all of our students who participated in District Choir Auditions!

Whether you advanced today or not, we are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and commitment you demonstrated throughout this challenging process. We are especially proud of the way you supported and encouraged one another throughout such a long day. Your kindness, teamwork, and positive spirit were truly inspiring!

You were a tremendous source of pride for your directors and for our school. Thank you for representing TWHS and the Choir Program with such excellence!
