On the first line of your new form write "Hours from previous form" and fill in the total hours you have on the form you are turning in. Then you can keep accruing more hours. Remember we ask each family to volunteer for 30 hours per school year. If you go over, you may donate your overage to another family.

If you're looking for more hours, take a look at the All School Track Meet flyer coming home today or contact Mrs. Leger at lleger@gracelcms.net

ENROLLMENT OPEN FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR FEBRUARY 20th ENROLLMENT OPEN FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR FEBRUARY 20th

Yesterday, all K-8 families received an email letter from Mr. Elliott about enrollment for next year. A copy of that letter is below:

Grace has so much to offer you and your student: professional and loving teachers, top-notch technology, quality programs like music and drama, and all of it in a safe, nurturing Christian environment. I know your children will benefit from this strong academic and Christian foundation as they move on to high school, college, and beyond. We hope you will choose to continue the journey with us!

Attached to this letter are Tuition and Extended Care Rates for the 2020-21 school year. As we continue to provide a quality educational program, taught by excellent teachers, we are modestly increasing our base tuition rates to cover the rising costs of utilities and operations. While there is a slightly higher increase than in the past, we are granting ALL currently enrolled students with a $300 tuition credit to offset the increase. The only thing you have to do to receive this tuition credit is to enroll for next year. We have kept our enrollment fee at $250. (If you would like a discount off your enrollment fee, keep reading!)

Remember our tuition rate is “all-inclusive”. This means that your tuition covers the cost of your child’s Friday T-shirt, Yearbook, Earthquake/Disaster Prep Kit, Curriculum Materials, Assignment Book (4-8 grade) and all of your student’s basic school supplies! Families are still responsible for the cost of student’s uniforms, backpack, field trips, hot lunch, Homework Club (2-8 grade), and sports (middle school).

All RETURNING families paying the enrollment fee in full by Feb. 28th will receive $50 off each student’s enrollment fee! If your family pays the enrollment fee in full by March 28th you will receive $25 off each student’s enrollment fee!

ADMINISTRATION AND FACULTY ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR FAMILY AT THE OPEN HOUSE ON FEBRUARY 20th from 6pm- 7pm

BRING A FRIEND TO OPEN HOUSE!!!
All NEW families paying the enrollment fee in full at the Open House on Feb. 20th will receive $50 off each student’s enrollment fee!

See you there!

In Him,

Ben Elliott, Superintendent
