A MESSAGE FROM OUR MATH TEAM

Hello parents,

We understand that learning math in our current hybrid model can be challenging and we're excited to offer this service to help any math student that is brave enough to reach out.

The STEM Inquiry classes spent the first week studying the efficacy of face masks by designing their own experiments to do at home. Mrs. Cornock and Mrs. Waitner also borrowed some experiments from ASAP science and Duke University to show the students how using more advanced scientific methods could gather more data. Below are pictures from their lab to show how the masks were able to block most of the bacteria that is released while someone speaks.
