Happenings June 6, 2024

A snapshot of the many activities at EES.

A Special Visit A Special Visit

The MERSD Graduates who spent their elementary years at Essex Elementary honored us with their presence. As they walked our halls for one last time to the cheers and claps of students and staff, we're reminded how quickly the time passes. We are so fortunate to share this milestone with them.

Students entertained us with songs, skits and dances for our EES 2024 Variety Show. With over 16 acts, the event was packed with brave performers. A Shout Out to all of our fourth and fifth graders (and their families) who spent hours planning, practicing and performing!

Field Day Fun for All! Field Day Fun for All!

Many thanks to Mr. Marche for planning and organizing Field Day and the wealth of volunteers who helped carry water, throw a ball, give directions or simply cheer for students as they made their way through the myriad of activities.
