The Weekly Update #8

• Am Kixx coaching coming in to work with Little Pearls and Reception.
• PM Kixx coaching with a class - please can all children have kit in school in other year groups as we will rotate the classes in the afternoon so they all get a turn.

• Our Christmas trip is now bookable on Arbor under trips.
• Please ensure PE kit is always in school all week.
• New after-school childcare is now bookable on Arbor and is available until 6pm for £8.
• Breakfast club can be booked on Arbor.

Each half-term the children can earn reading rewards for reading at home or in our free reading school clubs. In school reading clubs are worth 3 reads each and can be booked via Arbor with the other clubs. There is a reading club on a Wednesday lunchtime too for those who cannot stay after school.

Reading reward levels next half-term:

Bronze - 18 reads

Silver - 24 reads

Gold - 36 reads

We would love it if reads could be uploaded to Seesaw or Tapestry ideally as a video so we can hear your reading and get immersed in the book too. If you have any difficulties with this please see a member of your child's teaching team.

We will be looking at celebrations and exploring Bonfire Night. We will be looking at keeping safe and following instructions.

In Week 2 we will be focusing on our families and homes so if you have not done so already please send in or email a family photo and a photo of your home.

• We are displaying family photos in our home corner and will be discussing them over the next half term. If you would like to send in any family photos and photos of your house it would be much appreciated.
