Schoology Family Codes Sent
Schoology Family Codes were delivered to your email inboxes this past week. Use your code to connect your Parent account so you can view coursework, grades, and enroll in the Parent Digest for weekly emails about completed work.
Get started:

1. Find the email with your unique Family Code.

2. Go to “Create Schoology Family Account Page” and sign in or create a Parent account.

3. Select Add Child and enter the code.

4. In Settings > Notifications, turn on Parent Digest (weekly)

Los códigos familiares de Schoology se enviaron a sus correos electrónicos la semana pasada. Usen su código para conectar su cuenta de padres y así poder consultar sus trabajos, calificaciones, y inscribirse en el boletín para padres para recibir correos semanales sobre el trabajo completado.

Para empezar:

1. Busque el correo con su Código Familiar único.

2. Vaya a https://app.schoology.com/register.php?type=parent y inicie sesión o cree una cuenta para padres.

2025-2026 Parent Guardian Resource Information / Form

The Parent/Guardian Resource Form is now open for the 2025-26 school year. Families can complete this form to request support, such as Big Hearts of Fox Valley holiday programming or Thanksgiving meals. The form will close on September 12th.

• Attendance Procedures: District Communications will be sharing the following message with families prior to the start of school. Please also include this or a variation in your family communication this week.

District 303 attendance procedures were updated and approved at the June 9, 2025, Board Meeting. All district procedures are available in the CUSD 303 Student Handbook found in the Parent/Community tab in the Information column of the districtd303.org website.

Updates to the attendance procedures were made to bring consistency across all schools within the district and to clarify student attendance expectations. One example of an update is the removal of the pre-arranged absence procedure. This aligns with the definitions of excused and unexcused absences found in Section 2.2.

Throughout the year, our coaches want to partner with staff to ensure we’re working collaboratively to support our student-athletes, emphasizing the STUDENT before the ATHLETE. Please see the contact information for our fall coaches. They look forward to working alongside you!

Peer Tutoring

September 24th

Meets in the LRC at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

• We are also online in a Google Meet, which is good for those students who can't get a ride to school, who have a quick question, or who are absent from school.
• Students just need to put the nickname "peertutoringscn" into the code/nickname spot.
• Students do not need to sign-up ahead of time, but they are welcome to email me ahead of time if they are in search of a specific subject/class, and I can check our tutor roster to see if we have coverage for that subject/class.

You are welcome to join PT, too! If you are looking to offer some after-hours office hours, feel free to join us in the LRC Wednesday nights.

OCTOBER PTO MEETING

Please join us at our next meeting. Tuesday, October 7th at 6:30pm in the LRC. October is a busy month for the PTO with Teacher Conference Dinner and Halloween Hospitality events. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED -- TEACHER CONFERENCE DINNER

The PTO provides dinner for our teachers and staff the evening of Parent/Teacher Conferences. This fun event requires a few volunteers to help serve food and beverages. POST PROM INFORMATION

Planning for Post Prom began immediately after Prom in May. We are still looking for "shadows" to learn the ropes for next year. If you've been thinking about getting more involved, now is the perfect time! Volunteers to head up committees such as: Food, Prizes, Security, etc. Post Prom planning happens at every monthly meeting, so please join us October 7th and bring your ideas and creativity!
