Dear Grandview Families,

November is in full swing, and our school is buzzing with learning, gratitude, and plenty of fun fall activities. With construction still moving forward and so many exciting things happening in our classrooms, I continue to be proud of the resilience and positivity our students and staff show each day.

As we head toward the Thanksgiving season, thank you for your ongoing partnership—whether it’s attending conferences, supporting school events, or simply encouraging your child each day. Your involvement makes a tremendous difference. Please continue to send students to school ready to learn and dressed warmly, as students will go outside for recess even in the cooler weather.

.

We are grateful for our Grandview community and all the ways you show TigerPRIDE. Let’s keep the momentum going as we move into the final stretch before Thanksgiving break!

With appreciation,

Dr. Susan Short
Principal, Grandview Elementary

Bundle Up—Cooler Weather is Here!

As the temperatures start to drop, please make sure your child comes to school dressed for the weather. Students go outside for recess whenever possible, so jackets, hats, and layers are encouraged to help keep everyone warm and comfortable throughout the day.

Holiday Assistance Information

The holidays are quickly approaching! Our FRYSC Coordinator, Ms. Gabby, has already sent holiday assistance forms to families who have participated in the program in the past—so please check your email.

If your family is in need of support this holiday season and you did not receive an email, please reach out to Ms. Gabby at gabby.schwaninger@bellevue.kyschools.us. We’ll do our best to provide assistance where possible.

Please remember that this program is intended to supplement your holiday plans, not to provide everything you may need. Don’t hesitate to contact Ms. Gabby with any questions!
