Dear Wynbrooke Families,

We had an amazing first week of school! Our scholars are getting acclimated to their new classes, and we are excited to keep the momentum going into week two.

Please see the updated bus routes listed below for your convenience. We are prioritizing safety and implementing procedures to ensure a smooth and secure arrival and dismissal process. We ask that no parents park in the bus loading zone between 7:00–7:20 AM until all buses have unloaded our scholars. Thank you for your patience and grace as we navigate these processes to keep our campus safe and orderly.

Fall MAP testing begins this week. Please ensure scholars are well-rested and ready to do their best. You received a letter last week with the testing schedule.

Quick Reminders:

• Morning drop-off and afternoon pickup is at the front of the building.

• School uniforms must be worn daily.

This is a reminder that Summer Enrichment Packets are required for all scholars in Grades 1–5, regardless of enrollment date.

📌 Important Details:

• Returning scholars received their packets during the last week of school. Packets are due by Friday, August 15, 2025.

• New scholars to Wynbrooke are still required to complete the full summer enrichment packet.

  • New students have an extended deadline of Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

  • No exceptions will be made beyond this date.

• All packets will be graded and counted as a first quarter grade in both Reading and Math.

Thank you for supporting our academic expectations and helping every scholar begin the year with success. Please contact your child’s teacher if you need assistance or another copy of the packet.

Students are receiving new chromebooks this fall. In order for chromebooks to be distributed, all students must have a digital dreamers device agreement. Please see the information below.

🔹Family Sponsorships - We are excited to offer Family Sponsorships in our store this year! There are three packages available, each one including PTA membership, Spiritwear, and Volunteer Hours. Your generous contribution will allow us to continue providing essential resources, hosting engaging events and enhancing the experience for our children, teachers, and families.

🔹 Boosterthon is Coming - This year's Boosterthon campaign will run from August 18-26th. We’re attempting to raise $20,000 for our School Mural Project, Teachers' Lounge Makeover, an Outdoor Classroom Refresh and to fund the annual PTA budget. Save the date and stay tuned for more details on how you can support our cause.

• Instruction begins and the tardy bell rings at 7:45 AM
• Dismissal bell rings at 2:15 PM
• If you are checking out your child early from school, please do so on or before 1:30 PM. Also, please remember that a picture ID is required for all student check-outs. Thank you!
