Bulldog Update
October 2nd, 2026
Greetings Bulldog Families,
This was a great week! Students celebrated Homecoming throughout the week with daily spirit days, hallway decorating, lunch games, and class competitions. Earlier this week, students participated in the Bulldog Bowl flag football competition, a halftime special event with independence hall students, and concluded with all school pep rally at the end of the day today. Tonight, we will kick off our annual Homecoming Parade at 5:15 pm before the Homecoming football game against Ypsilanti, where a Spirit Champion will be recognized from each class. Tomorrow we will host our Homecoming Dance at 8:00pm in the high school commons. We are so thankful for our students and their demonstration of school pride during this special week.
Have a great weekend and Go Bulldogs!

CHS students that have a completed work permit on file do not need to do anything. This change is only for students that will require a work permit after October 2nd. These students will need to visit the website to complete the work permit process.
