Check Out What's Happening with the Hewes PTA

A Message from the Principal

Dear Highlander Families:

Thank you so much for all of your patience and support during the school closures over the last week. We were so happy to welcome our students back to campus on Wednesday. We had a great day at school and we are so grateful for our school community!

Please support our PTA Restaurant Fundraiser that will take place from November 26th - 30th at Wise Guys Pizza. Please see the link in this newsletter and enjoy some great food while supporting our school. As we plan for activities in the month of December, please save Wednesday, December 13th for our annual Holiday Bazaar and Concert. From 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm our elective classes will sell handmade items from culinary, woodshop, art, and many more, and at 7:00 pm we will hold our holiday choir and band concert. Please join us for a fun-filled evening of holiday sounds and smells.

The last two weeks have reminded me how thankful I am for so many things. I am thankful that I get to wake up each day and go to work at an incredible school, with an amazing staff, and fantastic students. As we head into Thanksgiving break please be sure to spend time with friends and family, and have a restful and enjoyable Thanksgiving Holiday.

Please stay connected to Hewes by checking our website and following us on Instagram @heweshighlanders for the latest information and news.
