A message from Mr. Cornwall / Un mensaje del Sr. Cornwall

Hello Art City Parents/Guardians and Students,

Our theme this year is LEVEL UP TO EXCELLENCE. We will be focusing on ways that students can Level Up in their reading progress and growth. Students will have opportunities to earn "level ups" for our school. These level ups will contribute to our school goal of 75% of all our students achieving their growth goal in reading. Students will also be voting on what their reward will be at the end of the year for our school if we achieve this goal. I am blown away by the students' excitement to achieve their goals. The staff are working so hard to help support each child on this path. I am grateful always for the support from our community in all we do.

Nuestro tema de este año es SUBIR DE NIVEL HACIA LA EXCELENCIA. Nos centraremos en cómo los estudiantes pueden subir de nivel en su progreso y crecimiento en lectura. Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de obtener "subidas de nivel" para nuestra escuela. Estas subidas de nivel contribuirán a nuestra meta escolar de que el 75% de todos nuestros estudiantes alcancen su meta de crecimiento en lectura. Los estudiantes también votarán por su recompensa al final del año escolar si logramos esta meta. Estoy impresionado por el entusiasmo de los estudiantes por alcanzar sus metas. El personal está trabajando arduamente para apoyar a cada niño en este camino. Siempre agradezco el apoyo de nuestra comunidad en todo lo que hacemos.
