Thank you so much for the notes, the videos, the food, the food, the food, the flowers and all of the punny treats throughout this week. It has been an amazing week! We all feel so appreciated!
Field Day is Coming! Friday, May 29th 1:20 - 3:30!
We are still looking for volunteers to help with Field Day 2026, on Friday, 5/29. We will need all the help we can get to make Field Day a fun and safe experience for all of our Gators. If you are available to help out, please sign up below by May 27th.
On the day of Field Day, please bring your driver's license and check into the office, then report to the gym by 1:00 for your assignments. In addition, please also consider signing up for the rain date 6/1.
EC-5 Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year
EC-5 families: You should have received an email with the link to complete the online registration for the next school year on May 1st. Please complete all registrations by the end of May.
When completing the final registration step there will be an option to sign up to join our PTA and obtain an ABC/25 membership. It is a wonderful opportunity to participate in growing our fantastic community. We appreciate all that join.
Just a reminder, the consumables fee for registration is different from the cost of the school supply box orders (coming soon) by the PTA.
Health Office Update End of Year Medication Pick up and Disposal
As we wrap up another school year, all medications and supplies must be picked up from the health office by the end of the school day on Thursday, June 4, 2026
If you have medications in the health office, you will receive an email from the school nurse with detailed instructions regarding pick up.
We do not store any medications over the summer. Any medication remaining after June 4, 2026 will be properly disposed in accordance with Food and Drug Administration Safe Disposal of Medications guidance at the Arlington Heights Police Department.

Is your family not returning to Greenbrier next year?
It's always a sad day for our Gator pond when families leave our community, but lives change and some families need to move away. Please let our office staff know if you have one or more Kindergarten - 5th grade students not attending Greenbrier or Thomas Middle School next year.

- Our new Greenbrier Spirit Wear shop is open! Order whenever you'd like, especially if you know of an incoming kindergartner family or you want to upgrade your child's Greenbrier Gators gear. Orders are accepted year round, and new items include flannel pants, backpacks, blankets, stickers, bomber jackets, and more!
