COUNSELOR'S CORNER FEBRUARY 2025
JUNE 2025
As we wrap up an incredible year at Audubon Jr.-Sr. High School, the School Counseling Department is proud to celebrate the many accomplishments of our students and school community. From administering the PSAT, NJGPA, and NJSLA to overseeing 133 AP exams, it’s been a year of academic milestones. We’re especially proud that students earned over 400 college credits through Camden County College’s Dual Credit Program! In addition to hosting college and career events, facilitating college visits, and recognizing our Students of the Month, counselors partnered with families on course selection, graduation planning, scholarships, and emotional wellness. With over 9,000 student check-ins this year, we remain deeply committed to being present, supportive, and accessible to every student.
As we cheer on our graduating seniors and look ahead to a strong start for our rising ones. Counselors recently visited our Junior English Classes encouraging students to use the summer for visiting college campuses (virtually or in person), building a strong college list, preparing for or take the SAT/ACT, work on a résumé of extracurriculars and accomplishments, and consider engaging in meaningful activities—like volunteering, a job, or a summer program—that reflect their interests and build their college-ready skills. Whether students are moving on to new adventures or recharging for the next chapter, we wish everyone a joyful, safe, and inspiring summer.
The Counseling Department is here to help—and we look forward to another year of growth and success together!
