Weekly Update 8-22

August 22, 2015

Dear Oak Brook Families,

We have had a great start to the school year. It has been fantastic seeing all of our students back at Oak Brook. Overall, the week went very smoothly with only a few small issues (which are always normal).

We have started our emergency drills. Parkway School District Policy requires us to conduct safety drills so students and staff are prepared in case of an emergency. Throughout the year we will have 10 fire drills, 2 earthquake drills, 2 tornado drills and 2 safety alert (intruder) drills. We have included information about each drill below for you to see how we conduct our drills.

As always, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Have a great weekend!

Sincerely,

Katie & Chris

We appreciate your help with this!

If you haven't ordered your tickets for Oak Brook Night at Busch Stadium on September 16th, don't forget to do that. We have a designated number of tickets to sell so our students can experience singing at the stadium. We hope you can join us.
