Parents should have received an email today with information on how to sign up for our student led parent-teacher conferences later this month. If you did not receive an email with this information, please contact the school office.
Our CPTO meeting for the month of October will be tonight, October 9th, at 6:30 in the MPR. You can enter through the doors off the playground. On the agenda will be our annual Ninja U night! If you come to the meeting your child will have an out of uniform pass for later date! We hope to see you there!

If your son or daughter is in the 4th grade or higher and would like to be an altar server, training sessions will be held on Wednesdays October 8, 15, 22 from 1:45 to 3:15 and Mondays October 6, 13, 20 from 5:15 to 6:45. You only need to attend one session. We will train only 4 kids per session. You must register to attend a training session. You can register for the class on Realm.
For scheduling your child(ren) to serve, you will receive an email asking for dates that they will not be able to serve. The schedule usually is for 3 months. We know that things happen and schedules change. The week before your child is to serve you will receive an email reminding you of the commitment to serve on the altar. If they cannot serve, for any reason, there is a "sub request" in that email, just click on it and an email is sent to the parents of servers so they can fill in.
Training will be held in the church. For the Wednesday session enter through the parish office to get to the church. For the Monday session enter the church through the south church doors off of 8th Street. A parent will need to fill out a short information sheet to help with scheduling. Parents are encouraged to stay for the training, but it is not mandatory.
