I know, I know....it's still July...but it's almost Montgomery County Fair Week which means my brain is starting to think about school. I will be at the fair most days next week and hope to see some of you there! I miss your smiles!

Mr. Samuel, our new Superintendent, and Dr. Ray, our new Assistant Superintendent, are officially on the job. You may see them out and about around town or at the fair. Be sure to introduce yourself and welcome them to Wildcat country.

I wanted to remind you about registration on Wednesday, August 11th from noon-8:00. You should receive a packet in the mail with a little paperwork to turn in. Please drop it by on or before the 11th so we can ensure your student is registered and has what they need for the first day of school. If you have questions, please call Mrs. Chris at 833-662-6228 ext. 4103 and she will get back with you when she is in the office.

The first day of school is Tuesday, August 25th. Doors open at 7:30 am. Parents will be allowed to walk their student in on the first two days of school. More details about that will be available at Meet & Greet.

Our building theme this year is 1% Better: Every Person. Every Space. Every Day. We will be focusing on fueling our minds and bodies with knowledge and skills to grow each day.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to our custodial and maintenance crews for all of their hard work this summer. Often what they do goes unnoticed, but it is so important. I appreciate the dedication each of them have shown to helping JBE become a great place to work and learn!

Please help us! WE NEED YOU to complete your online registration by the end of the day on July 31st. Help us find our missing students!

All MCR2 students must complete registration for the 2026-2027 school year! Student registration opens June 15, you must log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Contact your child's office if you do not have a parent portal account. This information helps us in planning for staffing and student materials, so please plan to get your students registered for the new school year by July 31st.

Make plans to join us for Teacher Meet & Greet on August 20th. If the time that coordinates with your name does not work, please call the office and let us know which time does.

This is an open house format. You can stop in meet your teacher, drop off supplies and visit the gym.

Make plans to stop by the gym. PTO will have information there, Love Out Loud will be here with bounce houses, several community resources will have tables set up.

With the support of many generous donors, we have secured the majority of the school supplies our students need. We are sharing early so you can watch for deals and spread out your spending.
